Part -1
1. Generate a sine wave of frequency 1.8 GHz.
2. Perform sampling of the above signal using sampling frequency as (i) 1 GHz (ii) 3.6 GHz
(iii) 5 GHz.
3. Convert the above analog signal into digital signal using 4 bits.
4. Design a FIR and IIR low pass filter with cutoff frequency 4 GHz.

Part-2
1. FIR low pass filter
Specifications: passband response =0.1 dB
Passband frequency = 1.2 KHz
Stopband response = 30 dB
Stopband frequency = 2.2 KHZ
Sampling rate = 8KHz
Show the pole-zero plot of the filter. Get the filter coefficients.
2. Generate a composite signal with 3 sine waves of frequencies 800 Hz, 1.2 KHz, 5KHz.
Perform the FFT of composite and individual signal and plot the power spectral density
3. Use FIR low pass with specifications of Q.1. for the above composite signal.
4. FIR band pass filter
Specifications: passband response =0.5 dB
Passband frequency = 1.3 KHz to 2.66 KHz
Stopband response = 20 dB
Stopband frequency = 1KHZ to 3 KHz
Sampling rate = 8KHz
Show the pole-zero plot of the filter. Get the filter coefficients.
5. Pulse Shape Filtering
i. Rectangular pulse shape
ii. Sinc pulse shape
iii. Raised cosine pulse
iv. Root raised cosine pulse
v. Gausian pulse
vi. Square root raised cosine

Part-3
1. Generate a sine wave of frequency 1.8 GHz. Modulate this signal using BPSK
modulation scheme.
