On organizing of the company workers specially on my hand responsibility, all employee must safe in mind that we are one
goal and we must be achieve it whether woman or men. The placement of each manpower must suit the qualification, like soft
skill and hard skill. On operational mush behold standard operation procedure. So each must to follow it. Standard operational
procedure can we break according job, area, materials handling, position of manpower, time, and method. Nobody will doing as
what they want but must to follow the rule that has been hire.

When in a division, team building temporary as special team. I will follow the rule where has been hire and if in a team building
where the rule must be build first. I can’t do any action if nothing the rule fixed to follow. So the well is when we doing
according the rule or standard operation where the rule is result of management from top to bottom.

Worker when working must make sure can to do well the job. So each manpower must be activation according company rule. I
mean what the criteria of the manpower are met to standard worker that can be hire, if not don’t give authority to make action
on doing anything. All manpower must record about worker profile and result each must recorded. The recorded have to
evaluate to make sure manpower don’t make mistake.

authority. Until new policy has been agreed and be hire and under recording.
