REPORT FOR THE YEAR 2013-2014]

Safia Muhammadia Welfare Society was established in 2004.The purpose of Safia Muhammadia
Welfare society is to focus on three basic needs of the poor people of Haripur.
 1.SMT WELFARE HOSPITAL
The Hospital is located in Haripur city in the Northern West Frontier Province of
Pakistan (33°57'18.3"N 72°54'59.8"E). There are no hospitals for miles in this region of
Pakistan and currently there are no charities or organizations that are fully involved in the
improvement and development of the lives of these People Approximately 246,270
families (1.2 million) have been benefited from this project.

sacrificed and meet is Packed carefully and distributed among Poor and Needy People of
Haripur.Qurbani Project is also includes Food for Prisoners Project.

Ramazan Food Project

In Ramazan Muslims around the world observe fasting during the hours of daylight. Fasting in
the Islamic context involves abstinence during the daylight period from food. During the month
of fasting Muslims are encouraged to be particularly charitable. Feeding people at the end of
the fasting day represents a very rewarding spiritual act according to Islamic tradition and
teachings.When selecting beneficiaries, it is important to be fair, objective, and transparent in
order to ensure that aid is allocated to those who need it the most.

Objectives: To provide relief and to share joy and happiness of Ramadan and Eid Ul
Fitar with deprived and underprivileged people in Pakistan.

SMT Educational Institute
An integral part of our development program is to promote self sufficiency and independence
via education and training. Safia Muhammadia Welfare Society believes for a community to be
able to become independent it requires good foundations; therefore, good academic education
will produce professionals. These professionals will become assets for tomorrow. In view of this
Safia Muhammadia Welfare Society has already started providing assistance to upgrade current
schools in the given areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhaw, by providing financial funding, books and
other educational material to the institutions with help of Save Mothers Trust (SMT)
