n Incorporating a unique hydraulic toggle, the HYDRA JAW provides


functionality not available on traditional jaw crushers like Hydraulic

VANGUARD PLUS JAW CRUSHER A SPHERICAL SELF-ALIGNING BEARING


Heavy-duty roller bearings self-align to absorb the
flex of the eccentric shaft and withstand both side
thrust and heavy radial loads without the use of
special side-retaining mechanisms.
This design assures greater reliability for both shaft

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY:
Telsmith R&D has created the TL Never-WearTM sealing system. Using
centrifugal force to cast oil away from the shaft casing eliminates the
need for a contact lip seal. This eliminates the downtime and expense of
repairing worn seals or shaft grooves. An inexpensive, snap-in, urethane
labyrinth seal keeps dust out. Oil flinger supports shaft
during assembly
LOW MAINTENANCE:
All TL shaft assemblies use wide series bearings for extended service life.
In addition, the large shaft casing allows increased oil volumes reducing
maintenance frequency.
