This is an official letter from Homebuddy Marketing, a real estate broker with office located at Unit 103
Manila Residences, Bocobo Manila since 2012.

We would like to rent the commercial space in 102 for propose new business of MSFC Travel and Tours
with Nail Spa Salon. We would like to cater our services in providing a Nail Spa to our customer while
offering them our new packages for travel and tours. Our target clients are usually a college students,
employees, and some of the unit lessee / resident.

Our business will require an electrical power outlet for air-conditioning system, computers, printers, and
to our spa devices.

The business will be manned by 1 Manager, 1 General Supervisor and 4 Employees for Salon and Travel
and Tours.

We are hoping that you could allow us lease the available commercial space in Unit 102 Cityland –
Manila Residences, Bocobo Manila.

We understand that the leasing contract is 1 year, if however, our business will not be satisfying and
could not compete with the location, we will be informing you a month ahead of time for the change of
our business. Our other options for business are convenient store and loan or credit office. We will only
change it if deem necessary.
