threshold with pedal.
3.10.1 Check the Tele Extend or Retract Threshold @ full throttle to see if
the controller is set correctly. If Tele Extend or Retract Threshold
needs adjusted, double click the Tele Extend or Retract Threshold in
the EEPROM window. The “Value” window will light up blue. Type
in the new desired value to make final adjustment. Select “SET” to
make the change for the Count value. The value column for the
function will change on the screen. Extend and Retract counts should
be the same. Recheck the function to see if it corrected the issue
(See Figure 9).

Note: Increasing a function’s threshold value will reduce joystick deadband and the hydraulic
function will start sooner.

Decreasing a function’s threshold value will increase joystick movement before a

hydraulic function will start.

(Increase threshold value is there too much joystick deadband, Decrease threshold value is
function coming on too quickly)

3.13 USER EEPROM window Side down to Swing Left or Right

Threshold (See Figure 10).
3.13.1 Check the Swing Left or Right Threshold @ full throttle to see if
the controller is set correctly. In a machine with 2 speed swing,
checks are made in high speed. If Swing Left or Right Threshold needs
adjusted, double click the Swing Left or Right Threshold in the
EEPROM window. The “Value” window will light up blue. Type in the new
desired value to make final adjustment. Select “SET” to make the
change for the Count value. The value column for the function will
change on the screen. Check both Right and Left swing and make
adjustments to correct the issue for both. Recheck the function to see if it
corrected the issue (See Figure 10).

(See Figure 10)
3.14.1 Check the Lift up or down Threshold @ full throttle to see if the
controller is set correctly. If Lift up or down Threshold needs
adjusted, double click the Lift up or down Threshold in the EEPROM
window. The “Value” window will light up blue. Type in the new
desired value to make final adjustment. Select “SET” to make the
change for the Count value. The value column for the function will

3.15 Bring machine back to Idle. Select “Save All” to complete final
adjustment. Engine may shut down after selecting Save All.
3.15.1 Select “Save All” in the EEPROM window twice (See Figure 11).
3.15.2 Look at the last settings that you made and remember them and select
“Exit” in the EEPROM window. Go to View once more and select
EEPROM from menu and slide down to see if the settings are the same
for the last function you changed. If they are not the same than you
have redo all the functions back over that you changed. If they are the
same than select the hand symbol with writing a pad. Continue thru the
props and save it in the My Documents folder. Use MWI 404 on how
to save it and load it on the database.
