    APPOINTMENT OF JUDGES

    Judges will be appointed by the Region/Branch and will be chosen carefully. As the aim of the
    competition is to test the entrants’ ability to communicate effectively, competitors must bear in
    mind that some judges may be engineers although not necessarily ‘mechanicals’. However, some
    may not even have a technical/scientific background.
