RE: CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FOR ESTAFA

Our client, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, has engaged our legal services

to protect and enforce his rights, and to formally send this demand letter to compel you to
return the payment for the purchase of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Records on hand show that you and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx sold the above car to my
client on xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with a purchase price of xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, that you sold the
car using fake Certificate of Registration when in truth and in fact the above car was still
mortgaged with PS Bank, demands and request were made for you to return the amount of
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx but to no avail.

In this connection, we are now formally demanding that you return and deliver the amount of
xxxxxxxxxxx to our client within ten (10) days from receipt of this letter.

If we will not be able to hear from you within the period stated above upon receipt of this
demand, we will presume that you are not interested in settling this matter, hence, we will
proceed with the filing in court of the appropriate Complaint against you without further
