The Campus connect soft skills team (STAR Basic) conducted “Train the Trainer” workshops on “STAR Prime”
Program across DCs.
The 3 day workshop was held at Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai & Hyderabad, thus covering a
total of 263 faculty members spread across various regions of India.
The participants were involved in several relevant outdoor and indoor activities, puzzles, quizzes etc. The
workshop was designed for faculty members of engineering colleges and universities to gain insights into key
aspects of soft-skills. The focus was more on the methodology of delivering the program in a fun and effective
manner. The major topics taken up for discussion during the workshop included skills related to:

 Business Communication
 Assertiveness
 Articulation
 Team building
 Business etiquette
 Behavioral Patterns
 Interview and Group discussion
 Inter and Intra personal effectiveness
 Presentation Skills

The workshop was very well received by the participants. They enjoyed the experience of being on the other side
of the table and were appreciative of the effort put in.

It was very heartening to see that the participants went back saying “Yeh Dil Maange More”.

But this is not just any other content heavy TRAINING program

Every section has:

A CROSSWORD to solve
An OOPS section to learn from business blunders
ACTIVITIES to make a smooth transition into the concept
An EFFECTIVE recap to create an impact
An overall KOMPETITION section for everlasting learning

 The whole program was fantastic; the facilitators were good, came to know of many things about the
