REVISED ADMISSION NOTICE FOR MBA/MMS FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2019-20

In pursuant to the judgement given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No 6753 of
2019 (arising out of SLP (Civil) No 19807/2019), the allotment of CAP Round I published on 17th July 2019
stands cancelled. In view of this, all Maharashtra & All India Candidates who have been allotted seat in CAP
Round I and such candidates who have reported to the allotted institute for admission stands cancelled.
In pursuant to the WP (ST) No 20304 of 2019 of Hon'ble High Court of India, the revised schedule of
admission activities was published vide TED-1219/C.R.No.204/CET/MBA-Admission Notice-3/2019/ 2163,
dated 3rd August 2019 and by considering JBIMS as an Autonomous Institute, fresh online options for CAP
Round I were taken from the candidates during 4th August 2019 to 5th August 2019 but further admission
activities were kept as it is as per the instructions from the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
Now on the basis of the Judgement given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, this revised notification
is being issued as an extension to the notification published on 3rd August 2019.
Rest of the notification & instructions notified earlier shall remain unchanged.
The activities and scheduled dates for Maharashtra State/All India candidates are as follows.

preference in Round I (auto freezed) must report to ARC.

freezed their allotment in Round I through their login must
report to ARC. Such candidates shall not be eligible for
participation in subsequent Rounds. [Candidate must exercise
this option carefully.
III. Candidates who have allotted other than first preference and
want betterment in the subsequent rounds must claim the
allotted seat by reporting to ARC for betterment.

Note: - Candidates who have already reported to ARC during

18th to 21st July 2019 & paid seat acceptance fees need not
require to report to ARC again.

Important Instruction for Institute: - If the candidate get change in the allotment, in such case the
concerned institute shall refund the whole fees and shall return all documents to the candidate
immediately.

Important Instructions for candidate:
1. The SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC and SBC Candidates who could not submit
Caste/ Tribe Validity Certificate during the document verification and confirmation period should
submit Caste/ Tribe Validity Certificate at ARC on or before 05/09/2019 at ARC up to 06.00 p.m.
to otherwise these candidates shall be considered as Open category candidates and their
allotment, if any, shall be cancelled.
2 Facility of Online Registration & Documents verification, confirmation of Application Form for Admission
to Seats other than CAP Seats shall be continued till 22nd September 2019 up to 5.00 PM at FC.
