From the 4th to 15th floors, Discovery Primea offers luxury serviced residences
with its own entrance, lobby, and elevator system. Above this, you have a limited
number of signature residents. Only 90 owners will be privileged enough to
become a part of this development. This is because there are only a maximum of
two units for each of its 47 floors.

The building also offers hotel-level service and amenities like 24-hour concierge

Although there is nothing inherently wrong with Filipinos’ aversion with prenups, it
