1. In preparation for the 2018 Palarong Bicol, the concentrated training for individual and dual
events
will start of December 18-29, 2017 at the APSC, Guinobatan, Albay and other playing venues.

3. Athletes, coaches, asst. coaches, chaperons and trainers and DSSO Staff are requested to
report and
register at the APSC, Guinobatan, Albay on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at 4:00 in the afternoon.
Orientation conference will be at 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the APSC Grandstand.
4. Team events will have their school-based training during the December break. Trainers and
coaches of the events should identify a venue where to conduct the training. Since the budget is not
enough to include the team events, they will be given rice/goods subsidy and equipment for use
during the training. Trainers and coaches are encourage to solicit/source out other expenses of their
training. Training plan should be submitted before the training for approval.

5. Respective coaches and DSSO/MSSO are requested to inform and disseminate the activity
and
should bring their athletes on the training venue. Parent’s Permit should be secured and other needed
requirements. Enough clothing and personal things should be brought by the participants.
6. Attached is the List of DSSO Staff, Trainers, Coaches, Asst. Coaches, athletes.

7. Coaches, Asst. Coaches, Chaperons, Trainers and DSSO Staff should attend a conference on
December 12, 2017 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the SDO Function Hall for the final instruction
of the training.

8. Expenses relative to the activity will be charged against SEF Funds/Local Funds/MOOE
subject
to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
