TEST I. Identify if the following statement is a step To Insert a Text, To Delete a Text, To Change
or Replace a Text, To Copy and Paste Text, Shortcuts to Copy and Paste Text, or Saving a
Document. Write IT, for Insert a Text; DT, for Delete a Text, CRT, for Change or Replace a Text,
CPT, for Copy and Paste Text, SCPT, for Shortcuts to Copy and Paste Text, and SD, for Saving a
Document.

__________1. Click on the SAVE button.


__________2. Place your mouse cursor at the insertion point.
__________3. Place the text cursor where you want the copied text to appear.
__________4. Press the backspace key to delete the text to the right of the text cursor.
__________5. Hold down the left mouse button. Drag the mouse cursor over the text to be
replaced to select it.
__________6. Highlight the text you want to copy, then press the CRTL key and the letter C key.
__________7. Click on the Microsoft Office button, a dropdown menu will appear.
__________8. In the file menu field, enter a new name for the document.
__________9. Right-click your mouse, a list will appear. Click copy from the options.
__________10. Type the text you want to insert or add.
__________11. From the save in field dropdown menu, select the location where you want to
save the document.
__________12. Type the new text, this should replace the selected text.
__________13. Click on Save As word document. This is the default file format. The Save As
dialog box will appear.
__________14. Right click on your mouse. Click on the paste option.
__________15. Highlight the text you want to copy.
__________16. Place the text cursor next to the text you want to delete.
__________17. Place the cursor where you want to copy the copied text to appear then press
CRTL key and the letter V key.
__________18. Click the left mouse button. The text cursor will appear at the insertion point.
