EXERCISE 1:

Business scenario:
You want to find out, how many stock you have had on a concrete key date in the past.

Exercise goals:
In this exercise, you will:
- Use SAP Business ByDesign Standard Report “Material Inventories – Balance Summary” to find out
the stock situation in the past.

Prerequisites
Not necessary.

Task 1: Usage of “Material Inventories – Balance Summary”

1. Log into SAP Business ByDesign system using the below mentioned credentials –
a. User ID: Supplyplanner01p
b. Password: Welcome1
2. Navigate to “Inventory Valuation” Work Center by clicking Show/ hide work center navigation

3. Go to Reports, List view
4. Select “Material Inventories – Balance Summary”
5. “Click here to start the report”
6. Result: Current Inventory
7. Insert “P100401” in file “Material” (Selection bar, left-hand side)
8. Insert Key Date: July 31st, 2017
9. Apply
10. Realize the differences between today and July 31st,
