5 : started, with the theme “Shaping the future through Sports”. The

6 : event is held at D.C.C.E.S with the participation of 13 schools

7 : from the east and north district.

8 : The program exactly started at 7:30 am with a parade who'

9 : led by the boy scouts, that being followed by the technical

10 : officials, Coaches, and Athletes by school.

11 : As Hon.Gov. Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr. Gave his

12 : inspirational messages he stated that “This is not just a

13 : Competition but also a personal development for the future

14 : generations”.
