Dear Students,

Annual Examination is at the doorstep and it is very crucial time for all of you as it is the
reflection of your entire year's hard work. Exams teach us lots of things like punctuality,
writing skills, timing sense, expressing our thoughts and opinions & so on. Go through the
exams without any stress or pressure as your parents & teachers are always there to guide
you.

Think about your best performance and apply the same technique now. Remember, to
achieve anything big, it requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work,
determination and dedication. Stay focused and does your best. I sincerely hope that you
approach your exams without any panic.

You have come so far. You've heard criticism, changed your schedule and sacrificed so
much. You're almost there. Remember your goal. Manage your time meticulously and most
importantly, don't see exams as a threat, but as a positive challenge. Remember, an exam is
not only a test of your academic knowledge; it is a test of your calmness, stability and
positive attitude.

With Best Wishes for your annual exams, I hereby suggest you to take healthy meals
including fresh fruits during exam days. Play your favorite outdoor game for half an hour
and also take a good night's sleep besides preparation of exams. S t a y confident and
give your best efforts.

Important Instructions: -

1. School Timings during exam will be 8.40 am to 12.20 pm.

2. Be in proper school uniform.
3. Carry your own writing material, Admit Card and other stationery items as borrowing is not allowed.
4. Kindly collect your Admit Cards from your respective Class In charge as it is mandatory to bring it in the
Examination Room
5. 16th February, Thursday is Preparatory Holiday for classes IX and Xl.

Note..Transport timings during exams will be 8.40 am to 1.15 pm.
