Dear Parents,

I am happy to organize a class teacher gift for Mrs. Shark to show her
our appreciation during this holiday season. She has provided me with
some of her favorite places to shop so I thought it would be fun to give
her gift certificates to these places.

If you would like to participate in this joint gift, please fill out the
attached form and return it in the attached envelope addressed with
my name on the front. The deadline to participate is Tuesday,
December 12th.

I will collect these and make the purchase. If you would like to
participate, I will include your family’s name on the card so that she
knows who contributed to the gift. Feel free to contact me with any
