To provide education training and produce graduates and professional future leaders with
strong training in the field of Business Administration, Agribusiness Management and
Hospitality Management for the challenges of economic growth and development under a
competitive local and global setting.
1. To develop students competencies related to the basic and core requirements as well as those
associated with major and minor areas of concentration of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
2. To teach students with different techniques in prescribed range of specific functions in the
areas of Food and Beverage, Front Office and Housekeeping Operations as required in
accommodation, and in food and beverage service and procedures.
3. To train students in planning and initiation of alternative approaches to skills and knowledge
applications across a broad range of technical and procedural requirements.
4. To equip students with knowledge and skills related to the ideas, principles, concepts, basic
research methods and problem solving techniques in accommodation and in the food and
beverage enterprise.
5. Establish linkages with the different hotel, and food and beverage establishments for students
off campus training
