    Good day!

    I am writing this letter in behalf of the Students Body Organization to formally ask your
    permission to be able to conduct a room to room fundraising.

    The money collected will be given to Iris Baja, an Ict 12 student, as a financial support for her
    medications. She has been diagnosed with anemia and in need for further medical observations. I
    believe as an BITnians we are living with the Core Values of our Institution as we help one another.
