HON. CELSO C. DIOKO

Municipal Vice Mayor
Cupang, Muntinlupa City

Dear Hon. Dioko,

Greetings of peace and joy!

I, Rowienzelle O. Obleno, a graduating Bachelor of Science in Social Work student of Centro
Escolar University and a Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson of District VI, Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija
has been selected as one of Asia World Model United Nations delegates that will be held on
January 30 to February 2, 2019 at Prince Palace Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.
At Asia World Model United Nations II, we will gather together with other future youth leaders to
contribute in understanding the world’s particular issues faced by the seven (7) councils of United
Nations as well as forming the best possible solutions.
With this opportunity, I will be able to enhance my diplomacy and leadership skills that I can use
as a student and Sangguniang Kabataan leader. I will also be able to improve my communication
skills and increase my analytical and critical thinking skills. And most importantly, I will have the
chance to expand networking with other delegates from different parts of the world.
To be chosen among almost 23,000 applicants is a big opportunity that cannot be put to waste and
as a student leader, my eagerness to participate is very strong because I know that this event will
not only help me understand the issues that each country is facing but it will also shape me to be
the leader that the world needs.
In this regard, I would like to seek financial support for the full accommodation (440 USD) and
fare (P10,000) expenses to be able to join the said event. The deadline of the payment will be on
November 30, 2018. Here attached is the letter of acceptance and the detailed information about
the payment.
I would be grateful if you would consider supporting my attendance by contributing to expenses
that will be incurred. Thank you in advance for your kindness and unconditional support. God
bless!

Sincerely yours,

Rowienzelle O. Obleno
