IRR 1.0 AMBASSADOR AND AMBASSADRESS OF CBA
IRR 1.2.2
To define the duties and responsibilities of the Ambassadors of CBA.
IRR 1.3.1
To lead the developmental activities of CBEX.
1. He or she is required to attend to all the welfare and developmental activities of the
during their title year, unless permission to absent is explicitly given to him/her.
2. To turn over the crown to the next Ambassador and Ambassadress of CBA.
Candidates must be of good moral character and must not have undergone any
disciplinary actions.
Candidates must be in single in civil status meaning never been married. Candidate must
not have child.
Candidates who have failing grades shall still be accepted but limited to 6 units only
Candidates must not have any remarks of “Incomplete” and “Dropped” in any major aca-
demic subjects.
Male candidates must be at least 5’5 in height and female candidates must be at least 5’2
in height.
The Ambassadors of CBA Production Head and CBEX President reserves the right and the
sole discretion to refuse or reject any applications from a prospective candidate in the
event that he/she fails to meet the stated requirements above.
IRR 1.5.1
A completely Filled-in Registration Sheet (see Attachment 1 of this whole document) should
be passed in a hard copy together with a photocopy of ID and study load and must be submitted to
the AOCBA Production Head on their set deadline.
IRR 1.5.2
Registration Sheet must be passed to AOCBA Production Head, Nina Jane Tag-at (0917-953-
8986) on or before February 2, 2018.

In addition, candidates should also participate and show-up on the Opening Ceremony at
Ayala Center Cebu for the Pre-Production. Thus, failure to show-up is subject to forfeiture unless giv-
en a valid reason and discussed to the Production Head of AOCBA and President of CBEX.
Make-up for the candidates shall not be provided by the organizing committee but by the
handling sub-organizations.
IRR 1.6.1 Production Number
The candidates should wear the prescribed College Days Shirt paired with; a dark skinny jeans
and not less than 3`` heels for females, and dark shorts and shoes for males.
IRR 1.6.2.2
Candidates shall be given the discretion to choose any type of costume as long as it is in com-
pliance and inspired from the particular theme. Decency of all wears must be strictly observed. The
candidate/s must wear a skin tone cat suits or leotards if clothes worn are revealing.
IRR 1.6.2.3
The candidates will provide their own theme wear (see Attachment 2 of this document for
samples).
IRR 1.6.3.2
A bell shall ring to signal that the 5 seconds allowance has ended.
IRR 1.6.3.3
The bell shall ring twice to signal the end of 1 minute then the microphone will be turned off.
IRR 1.6.3.4
Questions shall be given using the English language and be answered in English.
