IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS

FASHION HOUSE COMPETITION

(JPIA’S NEXT TOUGH MODEL)

IRR 1.0 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

IRR 1.1 All participants must be bona fide member of the Junior Philippine Institutes of
Accountants – University of San Jose-Recoletos chapter.

IRR 1.2 Each participating cluster may send one (1) group composed of eight (8); (1) male
model , (1) female model , (1 Plus size model) and (1 LGBT model), and four (4) person
who would serve as the models personal assistant.

IRR 1.3 The participants must not be a candidate of the Mr. & Ms. Ambassador of Goodwill
2017.

IRR 1.4 Each group must prepare their own fashion show. A minimum of 7 minutes and
maximum of 9 minutes show.

IRR 1.5 Music and Fashion Routine are based on the fashion stylist’s choice.

IRR 1.6 The Runway would include denim collections and customized cluster shirts.

IRR 1.7 All participating groups are required to have their Group name.

IRR 1.8 Outfit for final production will be provided by the Cluster. Theme will be announce on
January 13, 2016

IRR 1.9 No Nudity is allowed.

IRR 2.0 DATES AND DEADLINE

IRR 2.1 Official list of participants must be submitted on or before February 12, 2017, 04:00 pm
at the JPIA Office.

IRR 2.2 Photo shoot dates and the venue will be announced by the Chairmen.

IRR 2.3 Photos will be uploaded on Facebook right after the photoshoot.

IRR 2.4 Music (fashion Show) will be submitted on or before February 12, 2017.

IRR 2.5 Runway will be on February 16, 2017.

IRR 3.0 PENALTIES, DEDUCTION AND TECHNICAL RULES

IRR 3.1 All deductions will be subtracted from general average score.

IRR 3.2 The following violations shall have the corresponding penalties as listed:

Deduction
• Inappropriate number of participants 5 points
• Not within the allotted time 5 points
• Late compliance of requirements 5 points
IRR 3.3 Only the President can raise any concern after the whole
performance.

IRR 3.4 Three to Five (3-5) judges will score the whole performance.

IRR 3.5 The decision of the Board of Judges is final and irrevocable.

IRR 3.6 The following are NOT allowed: liquids, flammable materials, confetti, powders,
firecrackers, and any hard or heavy materials that may destroy the floor during entrance
or exit. Clusters who would violate IRR 3.1are automatic to disqualified.

IRR 4.0 RULINGS IN DETERMINING THE WINNERS

IRR 4.1 There will be series of photoshoot.

IRR 4.2 There will be disqualification of contestant(s) IF NECESSARY.

IRR 4.3 Photos will be uploaded in Facebook with their corresponding scores.

IRR 4.4 The name of contestants that will join the RUNWAY will be posted outside the JPIA
OFFICE.

IRR 4.5 Winners will be announced right after the contests.

IRR 5.1 In determining the winners:

30% - from the accumulated scores during the series photoshoot

25% - from the runway and
 30% - from the final act.
15% - from the HAHA & WoW reaction (facebook)

IRR 6.0 POINT SYSTEM

IRR 6.1 Winning Cluster shall be awarded with the following points to be
accumulated in the determination of the overall champion in the Barrio Fiesta:

Next Tough Model 2017 – 500 points

2nd place – 350 points
3rdplace – 150 points
Non-Winner 50 points

IRR 6.2 There shall also be awards given to the model who performs best in each category (from
their average scores in photoshoot)

Best Male Tough Model 50 points

Best female Tough Model 50 points

Best Plus-Size Tough Model 50 points

Best LGBT Tough Model 50 points

Best Fashion Show 50 points

• Any other concerns not covered by the guidelines must be immediately

communicated to the Central Body Officers or the chairman of the competition.
