QUALIFICATIONS
1. She must be single, never been married.
2. She must not bear a child out of wedlock.
3. She must be a resident of the municipality she’s representing
4. She must be between 18 years old to 25 years old during the time of the
pageant. In the event that the candidate is a minor, she should secure a written
permission signed by her parents allowing her to join the pageant.
5. She must stand 5’4” tall.
6. She must have a pleasing personality.
7. She must be of good moral character.

GUIDELINES/MECHANICS/REQUIREMENTS
1. She should officially register to the Organizing Committee on February 18, 2023
at 8:00 AM together with her Image Stylist/Coach/Chaperon.
2. The candidates shall be present on the Sashing Ceremony and shall be provided
by pageant paraphernalia such as Meal and Snacks Tickets, IDs, Hotel
Accommodation assignment, etc.
3. NO MEAL TICKET NO FOOD POLICY. No room charging of food and drinks in
the official residence.
4. The Pageant has two (2) segments the Preliminary Round the Coronation Night.
The Preliminary Round shall compose of talent, swimsuit, evening gown,
interview and the discipline category that comprise 50% while the coronation
night shall be compose of festival attire, production number, swimsuit and
evening gown shall also compose of 50% of the total score.
5. After the Competition of the preliminary round and the coronation night category,
top six of the candidates shall advance to the semi-final and back-to-zero round.
6. Judging during the Semi-Final round is based on a Question and Answer portion.
7. The Candidates with three highest ranks will advance as finalists and will now vie
to the demanding one common Question and Answer round.
8. A ranking system shall be done after the computation of the cumulative average
scores from the 7 judges to determine the winners.
9. Two (2) Casual attires for the production number, two (2) swimwears and two (2)
shorts shall be provided by the organizers.
10. The attires/costumes for festival, talent, gowns shall be provided by the
sponsoring agency.
11. The candidates shall prepare a four (4) to five (5) minutes talent presentation.
Talent that is educational and of moral values is highly encouraged. Dangerous
routines are discouraged. The organizers shall not be held liable on any
untoward injuries and similar accidents.
12. Use of props will be allowed as long as it will not cause any delay in the program
and any harm to the performance of other candidates. Props such as oil,
combustible materials, broken glasses, live animals, sharp objects, and the like
are strictly prohibited.
13. As soon as the music plays the time of the performance starts. An official time
keeper shall be provided for the purpose. The time the music stops, that’s the
 end of the performance. Two (2) points deduction per minute or fraction thereof
in excess of the allotted time to the final score of each judge. Any delays due to
technical glitch shall be of candidate’s disadvantage. Please be reminded that a
back-up copy of the music material shall be saved to another platform.
14. The casual wear category is to be contested during the talent expo and shall be
provided by the organizers.
15. The decision of the judges is final, irrevocable and non-appealable.
16. Protests right after the competition shall not be entertained and/or shall be
considered as Void Ab Initio.
