1st week

The First week of my On the Job Training was very exciting event for
me because we are in the real life situation of applying our knowledge
in the field. We are not allowed to take picture inside the company.
April 25, 2019 Thursday,
First day of OJT, Orientation at HR department. They assign me to
audit a certain job of a person inside the company .Job Audit is to
take down note every work of person with the time they perform the
task. My person to be auditing is Ma’am Lyn T. Escribino an account
leader in Product Research Department (PRD) Office.
April 26, 2019 Friday,
Second day of job auditing. We are all inform to monitor them in 6days
period of time.
2nd week
This week was very busy week. Again we are monitoring certain job of a
person.
April 29, 2019 Monday,
Third day of monitoring a certain job position. I went to PRD floor
with her and Green Ware department.
April 30, 2019 Tuesday,
Fourth day of monitoring a certain job of a person. Learning more
about the PRD floor and workers around us.
3rd week
May 06, 2019 Monday,
Fifth day of monitoring a certain job of a person. Learning and
knowing the PRD floor and PRD office and the workers around us.
May 08, 2019 Wednesday,
Last day of monitoring Ma’am Lyn. I learn a lot in PRD department
from her.
May 09, 2019 Thursday,
At HR department, I’m done with my first task and ready for the next
work. We are now oriented with our second task the “CLIMATE SURVEY
2019”. Our task is to tally the points of the gathered data using
Excel.
May 10, 2019 Friday,
At HR department still tallying the gathered data at the office with
my team. We are using Excel in tallying.
4th week
May 14, 2019 Tuesday,
After we tally the data of the CLIMATE SURVEY we are about to look the
satisfaction and dissatisfaction rate of gathered information from
different department. After this task we inform that we are do it
again the job auditing.
May 15, 2019 Wednesday,
1st day of auditing Sir Joel Santos, head of FTL Department
(Finishing). I’m excited to do this task because I’m learning a lot.
May 16, 2019 Thursday,
Second day of monitoring Sir Joel, Learning a lot at the finishing
department and knowing the workers around me.
May 17, 2019 Friday,
Third day of monitoring a certain job of a person. I love doing this
task because I’m learning a lot.
May 18, 2019 Saturday,
My fourth day of monitoring Sir Joel Santos (Head of FTL department)
is Saturday. I need to go in the company to monitor him I learn a lot
from him.
