Real experiences can never be given to someone else, they can be felt by the lndividual itself. Fitness
means the ideal shape and functioning of your body that can be achieved through regular workouts and
appropriate dieting. So no one can do it for anyone else. Hence, fitness can be achieved only by our own
efforts, it cannot be received readymade from others.
1. Because no one is going to hand you fitness. You proactively participate in exercise. you’re
accountable for it. Not achieved or received but rather encourage..fitness
