Key Responsibilities:
 Monitor closely all defects using A/C Real time Monitoring tools such as Airman & AHM (including Pilot
reported defects and Maintenance observed defects)across the entire fleet, on a routine basis, analyzing
and suggesting remedial/corrective actions which will enable Base/Line Maintenance to effectively utilize
the available ground time in clearing such defects, thus ensuring higher level of maintenance and utilization

Key Achievements:
Established a defect recording system which includes a method to clearly highlight recurring defects to
flight crews & maintenance personnel at all Maintenance stations.
 Actively involved in various Aircraft Induction/ Deliveries as Delivery Team Leader, carrying all detailed
Aircraft checks (Internal & External) at the Manufacturers Site/ Leasing Companies. Ensuring all
documentation is complete in all aspects in the A/C Transfer process.
 Actively involved in Delays/Defects Investigations, Active Participation in all CAM functions with QA
including Audits, liaising with Regulatory Authority DGCA in Defects/Delays Control Activities.
