Summary
I have been involved in dance for 16 years, and participating in competitive dance for over 9 years. I
have earned over 64 different awards through my competitions. Along with dancing I have managed
to stay involved in school activities. I enjoy the challenges that come with organizing events in
student council. Being a captain of my school’s varsity pom team has taught me the importance of
creating a team that relies on each other, and from keeping everyone accountable, to utilizing our
individual experiences, has led us to achieve a record of 6-time conference champions and 4-time
IHSA state runners up. Through these activities, I have learned perseverance, dedication, time
management skills, and excellent work ethic. After I graduated high school I aim to continue
developing my passions and interests throughout college.

My cumulative GPA is a 4.7.
I am in English 4 AP, Statistics AP, and JJC Psychology
I also take the GAVC Engineering Technology course.

I am on the Morris Varsity Pom Team and take extra dance classes to keep up my technique at TNT
dance studio where I also dance competitively. I was also elected as a secretary of my high school's student
council. I love learning, therefore am always taking in information to obtain as much information as I can. I
genuinely enjoy the arts: I sing, play the ukulele, write poetry, sew, and draw.
