The changes (Silvina Carrasco)

First act

Bus terminal of a small city: some windows with signs that pretend to be names of different
companies of buses and a sign that indicates"Bus terminal". Aldana is about to take the bus
that will take her to her new city and her new life.

Aldana and Sara say goodbye inside the terminal.

Are you sure you're carrying everything? Document, cellphone charger? asked Sara
Yes Mom, replied Aldana. Sara asked further, “All the books, the map of the city, the address
annotated by the doubts?” Aldana answers in a low voice, “If Mom, do not worry. The only
thing that worries me is that I'm going to miss you a lot.”
(Disguising her emotion) It's only the first time, then you'll be fine. Now go, that's going to go
the bus.” Sara responded

(They hug each other)

Aldana whispered saying “I love you Mom.” “ I love you daughter” Sara replied

(Aldana leaves the scene and Sara drops her tears.)
