AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING LOT

We, BONIFACIO RONQUILLO, ROY SANTIAGO and JOSE MANAHAN, all
of legal age, Filipinos and all residents of Grande, Vega,
Bongabon, Nueva Ecija, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law do, hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the adjoining owners of lot owned by JIMMY CEÑA

with Tax Declaration No. 11-02029-01604 Lot No. 3 located
at Grande Vega, Bongabon, Nueva Ecija with an area of FOUR
HUNDRED SIXTY SIX (466) SQUARE METERS, more or less;

2. That we owned the above-described lots and has continuous

possession for over a period of five (5) years;

3. That we are executing this Affidavit in order to attest to

the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal
intents and purpose it may serve.
