Greetings!

A certain __________________________was accused of Qualified Theft pending

before City Prosecutors Office docketed as NPS Docket No. XI-02-INV--------, for an
alleged theft incident that happened in front of _____________________, right across your
building in which one of your CCTV Camera was facing last June 21, 2019 at around 10:00
PM to 11:00 PM.
The aforementioned approached our office for a legal assistance in relation to the
said incident.
In view of this, may I request your good office to please extend assistance and show
the accused and one of his family member the footages on the above-stated date and time
and if possible secure copy of the said footage. In addition, the said CCTV footage will be
utilized by the accused as part of his defense and legal action that they will undertake.
Prompt action is highly appreciable as the accused is only given 10 days to answer the
charges against him.
