A RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION AS TO THE APPLICATION OF

MS. LOLITA C. FRANCIS FOR A PORTION OF FORESHORE LAND CONTAINING AN AREA OF 120 SQ.
METERS SITUATED AT PUROK 3, BARANGAY LIPATA, SURIGAO CITY.

WHEREAS, there is a propose plan of Ms. Lolita C. Francis to apply for the foreshore area part of the
barangay site which area is intended for the construction of residential dwellings.

WHEREAS, based on the inspection and evaluation in the site, it was determined that the subject lot
applied is free from any future development to be undertaken by the Sangguniang Barangay.

NOW THERFORE on motion of Honorable Marcial Arlan, duly seconded by all members present, it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED TO INTERPOSE NO OBJECTION AS TO THE FORESHORE LEASE

APPLICATION OF MS. LOLITA C. FRANCIS FOR A PORTION OF FORESHORE LAND CONTAINING AN AREA
OF 120 SQ. METERS SITUATED AT PUROK 3, BARANGAY LIPATA, SURIGAO CITY.
