Dinosaur pile-up music video

Concept
The concept for this music video is to shed light
on the fact that cancer patients aren’t helped
enough, and they spend every day waking up
to the question of am “I going to die today?”.
The story tells life through the stand point of a
girl that has a boring and lifeless job and also is
cursed with cancer. Not knowing how she is
going to die or when she is going to die she
continues to hope that she will survive through
it. After her routein slowly losing its boredom
and sadness she walks home after having a
better day than normal and she dies in an
alleyway due to cancer ending the music
video.

Why are you producing this production?

I’m producing this music video because I want to shed light on the struggles
that cancer patients have to deal with. The reason for it is so that people
realise that when you have cancer life is harder and the fact that you still
have to live it almost as though you’re not going to die when the likelihood of
them dying is very apparent

What they want to see

They want to see an entertaining and thought-provoking music video that
doesn’t just show of the music but tells a story and something that sheds light
on unknows topics. This has to be catching and should link to the audience.

What you are creating based from that research

I’m creating a thought provoking and interesting music video that tells a story
as well as drawing attention to the lyrics of the song and in turn linking the
song to the audience.
A large amount of my production will be uploaded to Facebook Vimeo
Instagram and YouTube.

There isn’t that might light that needs to be
done, one of the scenes that I’m going to be
filming is at night, so I might need to set up
some lighting to make it look like it is night
while at the same time being light enough to
see
Sound Information:
The sound is going to be layered on, but I also
want to create a busy feeling area so I’m going
to record the atmosphere in a normal working
day
This means that I might need to rent out
equipment from collage as I don’t own my
own lights, and this may be a problem. So as
well as this I’m going to invest in my own
lights
Solutions:
At first, I thought this was going to be bad
but then I realised that actually a lot of the
music video will the music apart from some
small scenes

Power Information Solutions:

There are a lot of power outlets so other than
the distance between them that shouldn’t be a
problem
Hazards
The main hazard is the use of power but
because of it being an office it shouldn’t be a
problem
For the distance I’m going to bring a couple
of extension leads for power

I’ll make sure that I don’t over use the power
extensions

The main problem with this area is the fact that
its outside. This means that there won’t be any
plugs to put the lights in

The sound is going to be layered on, but I also
want to create a no busy feeling area so I’m
going to record the atmosphere in a normal day

need to make sure I film at times without rain
The way I’m going to tackle this is to try to film
at a time where I don’t need lights. If I can’t
control this factor I will make sure that I use
portable lights

To tackle this, I’m going to make sure that all of
the technology I take is battery powered

If I can only film times with rain then I’m going
to make sure that I film with an umbrella over
me making sure that the camera isn’t touched
by liquids
