JOB VACANCY – HSE MANAGER

PT. Bridon is multinational company for wire rope manufacture, located in Cibitung, Kabupaten Bekasi,
is the part of Bridon Bekaert The Ropes Group (BBRG) which is the world’s premier ropes and advance
cords solution provider.

Currently, we are looking for HSE MANAGER with qualifications are following:
➢ Bachelor Degree in public health or any major related HSE.
➢ Min 3 years experience in managerial level at HSE in manufacturing company. Heavy equipment
industry will be advantage.
➢ Must be experience in implementation of HSE system & procedure and ISO 14001 .
➢ Good understanding of local regulation especially in HSE area and implement it in
manufacturing company.
➢ Must be experience in managing and evaluating Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Control
(HIRAC) & Environment Impact Aspect (EIA) Program.
➢ Must be experience in managing HSE budget to support the effectiveness of HSE
implementation.
➢ Must be certified in Occupational Health and Safety (Ahli K3 Umum)
➢ Strong leadership to train and instruct shopfloor team, as well as implement HSE rules and
procedures.
➢ Excellent in English including in making HSE report to Regional Leadership Team.
