The Bidder shall provide with his Bid Proposal as required in Part 5 Schedule
4, a Schedule in network form based on the dates given in Part 5, Schedule 4
and the Project Outline Schedule. The network shall be based on Bid
Proposal information and include:
- Dates for issue of all drawings and documents for manufacture and
construction purposes requiring Owner's review.
- Dates for the placing of orders for material, receipt of material, fabrication
and manufacture, factory testing and shipment.
- Dates for periods when equipment is available for work by the Bidders.
- Dates for start and completion of design engineering for all disciplines.
- Dates for submittal to and return after final review by the Owner of all
drawings and documents listed in Part 4, clause 4.3.2.3, of the
specification.
The Bidder shall utilize a precedence method scheduling system which shall
be compatible with the Microsoft Project program. The details of the input
format and the input required to the Bidder will be provided during the
Contract discussion.
The revised schedule shall be submitted to the Owner as part of the Contract
Document to be signed and will become the Contract Schedule.
The Bidder shall submit 5 (five) copies all programs (original or revised issues)
to the Owner for approval. After approval, copies shall be supplied in
accordance with the procedures specified in Part 4, Sub-section 4.3.2 of the
Specification.
Following approval of the Contract Schedule, detailed programs for all Work to
be executed during the first twenty-four (24) weeks of the Contract shall be
submitted.
The detailed programs shall be submitted to the Owner at twelve (12) week
intervals, updated to reflect the changes that have occurred in the previous
twelve (12) weeks and to show the detailed program of Work for the next
twenty four (24) weeks.
