DETAILED MECHANICS:
a. Create groups that has equal number of players and decide the where is your station.
b. Designate an person per group as the referee. The referees are not considered a player;
during the game, the referees will spin the spinner, call out the moves, and monitor the
game play.
c. If you have played Twister before, you’ll have to set up the spinner. Simply press the
needle into the center hole. You will see that there are different parts of your body like
your hands and feet and, colors on there like: Red means that you are safe for now;
Green means you have to answer a fitness question, if you get it wrong you will not gain
any points; Yellow means the question will be passed onto the other group; Blue means
your team will have additional two (2) points.
d. The referee will then spin the spinner and calls out the action that should be carried out
by the players. If the referee calls “Left foot, blue!”, then all the players should move
their left foot to the blue circle, and they will have additional two (2) points.
e. The referee should record the points that the groups have and pay attention to any
player who falls, or touches the mat with an elbow or knee, because they will be
eliminated. (If you feel that a new position is impossible, or will cause you to fall, you
may eliminate yourself).
f. If all 6 circles of a color are already covered, the referee must spin again until a different
color can be called out. If your called-out hand or foot is already on a circle of the called-
out color, you must try to move it to another circle of the same color.
