    Scissor Lift-Tilt Mechanism

    Abstract :
    A Scissor lift mechanism having scissor
    legs connected to each other by a shaft. .A scissor lift is a
    device used for lifting purposes. The lift is raised and lowered
    by a means for providing a generally vertical force to the
    shaft. The main objective is to make the table adjustable to
    desired height. A scissor lift provides the most economic,
    dependable and versatile methods of lifting loads. It has few
    moving parts which may require lubrication. This mechanism
    raises the load smoothly to any desired height. The
    mechanism which we proposed is a mechanically operated.
    We use leadscrew mechanism in which the platform which
    has to lift and tilt the load moves up or down as we rotate the
    handle of the lead screw.
