INTRODUCTION

Our physical security programs are a part of the Security


Force Protection Plan. As such, it will present broad
measures meant to safeguard personnel. This programs
must prevent illegal access to equipment, buildings,
materiel, and papers. These must be safeguarded against
espionage, sabotage, damage, and theft. Our physical
security program has measures for such safety. At the least,
these programs will include the physical security plan.
Programs will also include physical security inspections and
surveys. At last the programs will include an ongoing
assessment of the post's physical security stance.

PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN

A comprehensive written plan providing


proper and economical use of personnel and
equipment to prevent or minimize loss or
damage from theft, misuse, espionage,
sabotage, and other criminal or disruptive
activities.

The purpose of a physical security plan is


threefold. It should provide guidance, assign
responsibility, and it should also set minimum
standards for the security of property and
personnel.

Our Services not only finished with trainings but also we check
the perfectness of facility attendant ( security guards) through

1. Mock drill exercises ( dummy checks on-duty )


2. Surprise visit checks ( checking the guards talents and
abilities and working skills he gained through trainings)
3. Night visit checks ( if found defaulters severe action will be
taken from our side as we are service owners )

REWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS:

1. As welfare of our staff is utter most important to us


2. As we work together and stay together. In terms of ESIC,
Medicals, Proper uniforms, on-time delivering invoices,
payslips and salary and all welfare of our staffs will be taken
care foremost upcoming months)
3. We will also appreciate the achiever and on-time performer
with rewards and recognition
4. We will make them as an example and motivate others.

REPORTS :

1. Every reports will be updated and maintained in our regional


office and it will be shown in monthly revival meetings,
quarterly vendor meetings and Vendor Audit meetings.
2. Service quality and quantity improvement will be recorded in
monthly wise and reports will be delivered.
