Hello I’m Adisa Nicholson, and I’m here to investigate how the UK gets clean
water for our environment and why we should keep water unpolluted. At
Severn Trent Water that is.
Walks into the building then introduces myself to the adult staff
member
Severn Trent Water is the UK’s only water supplier, and it is their job to
provide houses clean fresh water and collect and filter water from the rivers,
streams and seas.
I take a walk around the place
Hello, I’m Adisa Nicholson and I’m here for the documentary my group are
making. We are trying to find out how humans damage, and affect the
environment.
The staff member introduces himself and we probably shake hands
Alright, nice to meet you. Can you tell us, what job you have here, and what it
involves.
The staff member answers this question, I have no answer to.
Can you give us a tour around this place?
The staff walks me around from place to place, explaining to me and
the audience what exactly this place is.
So how important is it that water is unpolluted, what would happen if people
never cared and just dumped their waste like petrol and trash wherever they
felt like it?

How exactly does Severn Trent collect all the water so quickly

Is it a problem at all, for Severn Trent to be dealing with nitrates in water;
extracting the nitrates out?
The person answers, the answer will probably be no as they can be
easily removed, unlike pollution which takes a long time.
Does Severn Trent Water help the animals in the environment, as in cleaning
up polluted waters and maybe conservation?

Are there any other ways that we damage the environment, as far is water is
concerned?
