. Worldwide there is a transition in automobile industry from internal combustion

engines to electric vehicles.

. Electric vehicles two wheeler industry is evolving in a big way in INDIA there is more
than 100% growth in this industry from the last couple of financial years.

. It is expected that by the year 2025 electric vehicles will have a market share of
10-15% at a valuation of $ 1.5 billion.

. Industry is Anticipating government’s imposing ban on manufacturing of < 150 cc

petrol vehicles in the future in this case Electric vehicle will capture the entire two
wheeler market.

Market segmentation.
. INDIAN electric vehicle market can be divided into 4 segments based on there
performance I.e.

1) Speed under 25km

2) Speed between 50-80km
3) Max speed of 100 km
4) Speed >100km

. Although there are other electric vehicles brands in INDIA majority of them are
restricted to low speed scooters which are being imported and assembled in INDIA
these scooters are not able to attract masses due to there design,
performance ,low quality and high charge time.

. After analyzing the market scenario we believe that there is a place for high quality,
attractive, durable, performance oriented and high-speed electric motorcycle. Our
goal is to build and market the high-speed electric motorcycles which are going to
be the future of personal mobility.

. Yantra motors launching its product in 100 km segment which is untapped till now
in INDIAN market.

Unique selling point

. Yantra motors xf1 is going to be a first of its kind product which will deliver a long
range per charge in INDIAN electric vehicles History in a single charge .

. In today's electric two wheeler market majority of electric two wheeler vehicles are
restricted to less than 150 km per charge, So these existing electric two wheeler
should be charged day in and day out and it would be consuming time and the end
user has to plan his activity's carefully so that he can reach his place before battery
exhausts , This leads to the range anxiety and doesn't let the end user to enjoy his
ride .

. Electric vehicles give a different vibe and adrenalin rush to the riders when they are
driven in high speeds yantra motors will give you a freedom to ride your vehicles on
a lengthy high way rides because in the performance mode xf1 will deliver a range
beyond everyone in the market.

. Xf1 is going to be once in a lifetime vehicle for most of the users because the
product lifetime will be beyond 2,00,000 Km.

Team

1) SHAMALA SATISH KUMAR

. Shamala Satish kumar has 18 years of experience in various technical fields like
telecommunication, instrumentation, mega watt scale solar power plants etc

. Currently satish kumar is the project head.

2) Surendra Rapaka

. Rapaka surendra is a pioneer in mechanical industry had a industry experience of

close to 14+ years and he has successfully executed projects in INDIA and abroad.

. Surendra takes care of mechanical division.

3) R VENKAT

.Venkat worked as a biomedical engineer in a MNC for 5 years and quit his job to
pursue his passion in electric vehicles.

. Venkat is responsible for designing the concepts and market research.

4) CHAITANYA

. Chaitanya is a software engineer with 14 years of experience in his respective field,

he is a tech enthusiast and always wanted to venture into new technologies.

. Chaitanya will lead the marketing and Data analytic team.

Retrofit Prototype

. Team yantra has developed a retrofit prototype that gave us a deep in-sights & real
time immense knowledge regarding electric motorcycle.

. Prototype has been tested in real time conditions and a lot of changes has been
done in the past 1 year to achieve the desired performance.

. Our prototype version has been fine tuned in such a way that all the problems that
may occur during the final design of the product have been identified and rectified
in the prototype version itself this will help us to launch the final product in the
minimum time.
