PHILOSOPHY

As a teacher I believe in the “I do, We do, and You do” process. In which the
teacher show the students how to do it, then students do the lesson with the teacher,
and then students take what they have learned to work independently.

MY MISSION STATEMENT
To make difference in students thinking about Mathematics and numbers.
Engage them in the teaching and learning of mathematics that will challenge them to
be independent learners and develop sound reasoning, problem solving and critical
thinking skills necessary to compete in a global society.
MY VISION STATEMENT
Provide mathematics instructions that will encourage students to become
accurate, efficient and flexible problem solvers.

MY GOALS
 To improve understanding of the nature of mathematics: what is important, how
it is practiced, and how mathematical validity is determined.
 For students to see mathematics, mathematics learning, and mathematics
teaching as fun experience.
 Create students who will appreciate the value mistakes and take it as a reason to
keep improving themselves.
