Objective
To gain maximum reach and publicity for the event to be conducted on Jan 21st of 2018 in Cochin.
Proposed Solution
The campaign has to be run in a short time span of 20 days and to get the most reach out of this
short time, we have to plan multiple methods of outdoor promotions to reach different categories
of people in the city.
We have prepared a sample budget and promotion strategy keeping in mind the requirement.

We can reach right into the younger generation and the tech savvy older generation by promoting
the event through online. Its a cost effective way of capturing the attention of public.
