5. HOURS OF WORK
Your actual and paid work schedule is eight (8) hours days a week. You
are expected to perform shift duties during your working hours and to
render overtime work when required by the Company. You will be
compensated according to the provisions of the Philippine Labor Code.
Any overtime work will not be paid unless prior written approval is
obtained from the authorized management.
6. RULES AND REGULATIONS
You shall at all times abide by the Company’s Rules and Regulations
which shall be notified by you by office staffs and it will be your
obligation to read all memorandums posted at the bulletin board which is
located at the entrance door of the office. You are expected to serve the
Company diligently, efficiently and to the best of your ability and to the
Company’s satisfaction.
7. CHANGE OF DESIGNATION
The Company shall be entitled to change your work roster, work hours
and such other work-related matters to meet or suit the needs of the
Company.
8. ASSIGNABILITY
The Company shall also be entitled to assign, second and transfer you
to any subsidiary of the Company.
9. CONFIDENTIALLY
You shall treat all Company’s records, documents and all information
pertaining to the business of the Company as strictly confidential and
that no unauthorized disclosure or reproduction of the same will be
made by you at any time during or after your employment with the
Company
11. TERMINATION/TERMINATION
You may also have the option to voluntarily leave the employment of the
Company provided a notice of intention is filed thirty (30) days prior to
the effectivity of resignation.
