    Dear Sir,

    This has reference to our Stop Filer Cases, (“Open Cases” for brevity) if any, for taxable year 2018 and to
    this year. In connection, I am respectfully and humbly requesting from your office a CERTIFICATION for the
    list of Open Cases, if any. And if I found it valid and enforceable, assuming arguendo the existence of our
    company open cases, we will immediately comply by filling and paying, if any, applicable taxes and/or fees
    pursuant to the existing provisions of 1997 Tax Code, as amended. On the other hand, If I have no records
    of Open Cases Covering year 2018 and to this year, I am respectfully and humbly requesting from your office
    a CERTIFICATION OF NO OPEN CASES.

    We are hoping for your favorable and usual prompt action.
