    Respected Sir,
    It is respectfully submitted that the undersigned has attached with drilling operation
    department head office Islamabad vide above refereWith due respect, it is stated that the
    undersigned has been allowed 04 weeks attachment with drilling department Head Office
    Islamabad vide above referred letter.
    I joined duty at Drilling Department on 04/10/2019 and my attachment period will be
    completed on 31/10/2019. I remained punctual and found too much to learn here.
    In light of above it is therefore requested to kindly extend my attachment for further
    period of 04 weeks.
    Submitted for favourable consideration, this will be highly appreciated please.
