BIDDING OF DRAINAGE CANAL 48LM.

The receiving of bids of those participants willing to entry for the DRAINAGECANAL 48 LM. project is
open of this date. At 12:59 pm. one participant arrived and handed one sealed envelope. At 1:35 pm the
receiving of bids is close.

At 1:40 pm, the BAC Chairman, Hon. Sofia M. Silvio, decided to start the bidding with only one
participant join the bidding. And witnessing all members present, the BAC Chairman open the one sealed
envelope and found out that enclosed within are two envelope and directly examine all pertinent documents
as of the following data:

Bidders Name: CONTRACTOR: THREADSTONE Construction

1st envelope: Technical Documents in 2 copies
2nd Envelope: Financial documents in 3 copies

and BID proposal booklet with complete requirements paper as follows:

 Certificate of Philgeps Registration with receipt of Bid Docs.

 List of Eligibility documents
 DTI Certificate, Mayors Permit, Tax Clearance, Audited Financial Statement, PCAB License
 Financial Component with a Total of P124,724.16

And after thorough examination of all the enclosed documents and due deliberation, the BAC Chair
decided automatically to award the bids to the CONTRACTOR :THREADSTONE Construction since only one
bidder enter the bidding and having comply the required documents.

The bidding meeting was adjourn at 3:00 pm.
