RESOLUTION NO. 16-82

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROGRAM OF WORKS FOR THE FOURTEEN (14)

PROJECTS OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF SAN CARLOS
WHEREAS, the City Waterworks Department and the City Engineering Department submitted
program of works for the fourteen (14) projects of the City Government of San Carlos, duly endorsed by
the City Mayor to this august body;

WHEREAS, this august body finds the projects essential and worthy of its approval;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. MANSUETO, duly seconded by Hons. DEBULGADO and
APUHIN, it was,

RESOLVED, to approve the program of works for the fourteen (14) projects of the City
Government of San Carlos,viz:

1. Revamp of People's Park Electrical System, this city in the amount of P2, 130,000.00
chargeable to 32% Development Fund, CY 2016 (Acquisition/Construction/Development of
Land-Tourism);
2. Replacement of Ceiling Affected by the Installation of Pipeline for Fire Protection at the New
City Hospital, Building, Phase I & II, this city in the.amount of =P=252,000.00 chargeable to
32% Development Fund, CY 2016 (Construction & Development of City Hospital);
3. Concreting of Entrance Road at Central Philippine State University (CPSU) Campus, Brgy.
Guadalupe, this city in the amount of P 1,900,000.00 chargeable to 32% Development
Fund, Cy 2016 (Road Development Program);
4. Concreting of Road along So. Balabag with Box Culvert (Phase II), Brgy. Quezon, this city in
the amount of =P=5,000,000.00 chargeable to 32% Development Fund, CY 2016 (Road
Development Program);
5. Concreting of Road along So. Iliranan, Marabilis Road, Brgy. Codcod, this city in the amount
of =P=2,000,000.00 chargeable to 32% Development Fund, CY 2016 (Road Development
Program);
6. Fabrication of 130 pcs. Anti-Smoking Steel Signage for 18 barangays of this city in the
amount of =P=185,000.00 chargeable to Lump Sum Appropriation, CY 2016;

7. Fabrication of four (4) units Movable Steel Stairs inside the Philippine Ports Authority, this
city amounting to =P=75,000.00 chargeable to Lump Sum Appropriation, CY 2016;
8. Homelot Development for On Site Relocation at Brgy. San Juan, Sipaway, this city in the
amount of =P=2,900,000.00 chargeable to 32% Development Fund, CY 2016 (Homelot
Program for Squatters);
9. Waterline Installation for Brgy. San Juan Relocation Site in the amount of =P=3,160,000.00
chargeable to 32% Development Fund, CY 2016. (Homelot Program for Squatters);
10. Riprapping of Brgy. Nataban Center as Slope Protection, Brgy. Nataban in the amount of
=P=1,850,000.00 chargeable to 32% Development Fund, CY 2016 (Dev. Of Brgy. Hall &
Facilities);
11. Construction of So. Hunob, Brgy. Buluangan Health Station in the amount of
=P=1,400,000.00 chargeable to 32% Development Fund, CY 2016
(Development/Construction of Brgy. Halls & Facilities);
,'çiT Rehabilitation of 9-classroom building at Napudlan Elem., School, this city in the amount of
CAP=21I1,620.00 chargeable to SEF School Building Repair, CY 2016;
13.I Extension of 2-storey 2-Classroom Building at Cong. Vicente Gustilo, Sr. Memorial School,
this city in the amount of =P=2,160,000.00 chargeable against SEF Various Capital Outlay,
CY 2015 (=P=634,606.00) and SEF Various Capital Outlay, CY 2016 (=P=1,525,394.00);
14. Rehabilitation of 9-classroom Marcos-type Building at Iliranan Elem. School in the amount
of =P=2, 100,000.00 chargeable to SEF-School Building Repairs.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the City Mayor, City Engineering
Department, City Waterworks Department, City Planning Office, City Accountant, City Treasurer, City
Budget Officer, General Services Department and Commission on Audit all of this city, for their
information and appropriate action.

UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED: March 17, 2016
