FIDS SOFTWARE

1) The FIDS solution must provide Perpetual licensing that can offer full system usage to you without
any additional costs and monthly subscriptions

2) The FIDS solution architecture must be web-browser based, thereby eliminating the need for a
piggy-back CPU attached to the back of the FIDS monitor display.

3) The FIDS solution must use 24/7 Commercial-Grade FIDS Monitors to ensure that white lines and
dead-pixels do not appear after just a few months of operation.

4) The FIDS solution must have the option to provide multi-lingual display and language support that
allows you to get the message across clearly despite cultural differences.

5) The FIDS solution must have centralized management of all flights, check-in counters, boarding
gates, baggage claims to ensure that you have total control of your airport.

6) The FIDS solution must have layouts, banners, translations, and messages can be fully customizable
through different themes and customizable preferences.

7) The FIDS solution must have a standby weather integration that adds additional information to
your display by showing real-time weather information generated through the internet.

8) The FIDS solution must have at least two (2) locally certified technical engineers that can support
you onsite without worrying about language barriers, finances or even time-differences.

CERTIFICATIONS AND ACCREDITATIONS


1) The FIDS solutions provider should provide a Manufacturer’s Certificate authorized by the
Manufacturer/Principal for the Goods to be supplied.

2) The FIDS solutions provider must be in the business for more than 10 years with continuous
innovation, research and development.

3) The FIDS solutions provider must have completed at least twenty (20) FIDS monitors in at least one
of its FIDS implementation.

4) The FIDS solutions provider must have completed at least three (3) successful FIDS implementation
in major Philippine airports in the past five (5) years. A copy of the Certificate of Completion and/or
Inspection and Acceptance Report must be provided.

MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT LEVEL AGREEMENT
1) The supplier of the solution should have at least two (2) certified engineers for the FIDS solution,
with corresponding certificate.

2) The supplier of the solution must be able to provide a comprehensive after-sales support and
Maintenance agreement with options of 8x5 and 8x7 SLA.

3) The supplier of the solution must be able to provide support through Phone, Email, Web-Remote
Assistance and On-Site/OnCall support.

4) The supplier of the solution must be able to provide quarterly systems check-up for health
monitoring.

5) The supplier must provide free classroom training to ten (10) technical personnel of the on
installation, configuration, management and maintenance of the solution.
