I. Background
Following up the issues of cracking houses in Sibanggor Tonga village which impacted with
community blockade on company mobilization activities. The company through agreement
letter signed by KTPB and head of Sibanggor Tonga village agreed for conducting a joint
assessment on the cracking house alongside Sibanggor Tonga road where pass by company
mobilization activities.
The joint assessment will involve by Camat Puncak Sorik Marapi (Head of Sub-regency),
Kapolsek Kotanopan (Head of Police Sub-regency), Danramil Kotanopan (Head of Military Sub-
regency), Kasat Intel Polres Madina (Head of Madina Police Intelligence), Head of Building
Development Unit-Madina General Development Agency, Head of Sibanggor Tonga Village.
1. Day 1: Field assessment which is more on physical activities checking every house whose
have been reporting cracked by the community. The house will be examined through the
checklist (develop and consult with the civil team) and pictured in detail as evidence.
2. Day 2: Summarize meeting for finalizing the status of the cracked house which is light,
medium or heavy. The meeting will be involved all parties whose conduct field assessment
including the Head of Sibanggor Tonga Village. At the end of the day, the meeting will result
with a full recommendation for all cracked house alongside Sibanggor Tonga road which had
been passed by company mobilization activities.
