    EVALUATION/RECOMMENDATION WITH JUSTIFICATION


    (Request for Approval of Final Variation Order)

    Subject: Request for Approval of Final Variation Order for the project: 18EH0089 –
    Construction of Road, Sitio Bariri, Hinag-oman

    Upon the assessment of the submitted documents and reason relevant to this request of the
    contractor, this Office finds distinction on the circumstances surrounding this project
    considering also the preponderance of evidence anent thereto and the proof made by our
    personnel and is hereby recommending for the approval of this proposed Final Variation Order.

    On the basis of the submitted documents indicated in the checklist, the contractor is being
    required to show the participatory role in the proposed changes to the contract.
