EVALUATION/RECOMMENDATION WITH JUSTIFICATION

Subject: Request for Approval of Work Suspension Order - W.S.O. No. 01 for the project:
17EH0013 - OFF-CARRIAGEWAY, IMPROVEMENT INCLUDING DRAINAGE OF LUBI-
BINOOG ROAD K0059+-1034-K0059+166(AS PER RBIA), K0057+966-
K0059+166(AS PER SURVEY)

Upon the evaluation of the submitted documents pertinent to this request of the contractor,
the Implementing Unit finds merit on the circumstances surrounding this project considering
also the preponderance of evidence anent thereto and the verification made by our personnel
and is hereby recommending for the approval of this proposed Suspension Order No. 1
effective March 30, 2017

As provided under Section 9.2.a of the Revised IRR of RA 9184, the contractor has right to
suspend the construction activities due to Road Right of Way Problem that exists in the project
site which prohibit them in implementing the project.
